Poche, a 29-year-old marketing executive from Dallas, Texas, was one of the original participants on the latest season of the reality dating phenomenon. However, her journey came to an abrupt end when she failed to secure a proposal from any of the eligible bachelors.
Devastated by the outcome, Poche subsequently filed an appeal, arguing that producers had unfairly sabotaged her chances of finding love on the show.
“I truly believe that the process was rigged against me from the start,” Poche said in a statement. “The producers seemed determined to pair me with men who they knew were not a good match, and they did everything in their power to prevent me from connecting with someone I could genuinely see a future with.”
Poche’s appeal detailed a litany of grievances, ranging from alleged editing tampering to accusations that the show’s matchmaking algorithm was flawed. She maintained that if given another opportunity, she would be able to find her perfect partner.
However, in a swiftly issued response, Love Is Blind’s production team firmly denied Poche’s claims, stating that the show’s processes are “fair, transparent, and aimed at providing all contestants an equal chance at finding love.”
“We take the integrity of our show extremely seriously,” the statement read. “Every decision, from casting to who receives proposals, is made objectively and with the contestants’ best interests in mind. Ms. Poche’s allegations are simply unfounded.”

The producers went on to emphasize that the show’s format, which famously features participants conversing in “pods” before deciding whether to get engaged sight unseen, is specifically designed to minimize external factors and biases.
“The whole point of Love Is Blind is to strip away physical appearances and societal expectations, allowing the participants to focus solely on emotional connections,” the statement continued. “We believe Ms. Poche had every opportunity to find her perfect match, just like the other contestants.”
Ultimately, the show’s management concluded that Poche’s appeal lacked merit and that the original decision to exclude her from the final cast would stand.
This latest development is sure to disappoint Poche’s fans, who had rallied behind her in the wake of her rejection, accusing the show of unfair treatment. Many took to social media to express their outrage at the producers’ decision.
However, Love Is Blind’s producers remain steadfast in their defense of the show’s integrity, insisting that the process is designed to be as fair and impartial as possible.
“We understand that the outcomes of our show can be deeply personal and emotional for our contestants,” the statement concluded. “But at the end of the day, our commitment is to facilitating genuine connections, not predetermined results. We wish Ms. Poche all the best in her future endaors.”
